Our Vision

The heartfelt vision of Dhuruvam Wellness Foundation is that everyone we see—and everyone who sees us—should live in complete well-being, prosperity, and inner fulfillment.

We believe that human birth is sacred and divine in nature. The true purpose of human life is to realize this divinity by living a conscious, ethical, healthy, and compassionate life.

Our Philosophy

To move closer to the Divine, one does not need anything extraordinary.


It is enough to:

  • Maintain physical, mental, and emotional health
  • Live with joy and fulfillment
  • Embrace and uplift fellow human beings

Dhuruvam Wellness Foundation exists to guide individuals on this path of conscious living and inner growth.

Our Origin

The foundation evolved from the activities of Aara Yoga Center. Inspired by divine insight, the wisdom of Gurus, and Deep inner realizations, Dhuruvam Wellness Foundation was formed to serve society on a broader and more integrated level.

Our purpose is to help individuals live:

  • With self-awareness and divine awareness
  • With compassion toward fellow beings
  • With ethical professions and righteous lifestyles
  • With health, happiness, and inner completeness

Our Current Activities

Our programs are conducted both online and offline, serving people across different age groups and needs.

Key Initiatives:

  • Free eye care and eye-drop medical camps
  • Free medical support for children with autism, along with mental and emotional guidance for parents
  • Low-cost, medicine-free healthcare and wellness programs
  • Traditional training programs and guidance for pregnant women
  • Wisdom-based education methods for children
  • Mental preparation, environment creation, and natural healthcare practices for conscious and spiritually elevated childbirth
  • Residential programs focused on disciplined and mindful living
  • Guidance and training for ethical and righteous living
  • Mental balance and emotional well-being programs
  • Natural lifestyle and wellness camps
  • And many more community-oriented initiatives

Infrastructure Development

To bring all these activities under one integrated campus, land has been purchased and legally registered.

Location

The land is located near Thuraiyur, Trichy, in Sikkanthampur, a serene and scenic village surrounded by hills—ideal for wellness, learning, and inner growth.

Planned Facilities

The upcoming campus will include:

  • Residential facility for pregnant women to stay in a positive mental and spiritual environment (Thirukuzhandhai Koodam)
  • Meditation Hall – (Agathiyar Koodam)
  • Short-stay accommodation for visitors
  • Wisdom Education Center for children – (Katral Koodam)
  • Residential rooms for natural lifestyle camp participants
  • Natural healthcare and therapy centre – (Magathuva Koodam)
  • Bathing and sanitation facilities
  • Children’s play area
  • Traditional wellness therapies such as banana-leaf bath, mud bath, steam bath, and ash bath

 

Construction for these facilities is scheduled to begin shortly.
